Eligibility

You must be a parent or legal guardian of the child whose photos you upload. You must not upload photos of anyone for whom you cannot provide consent.

Acceptable use

• No abusive, illegal, or harmful content
• No automated bulk generation intended to abuse AI API spend
• Photos must depict the child being personalized

AI-generated content

Illustrations are generated by a third-party AI service. Character consistency and quality may vary. Generated images may be moderated and rejected if they fail safety checks.

No warranty

This Service is provided “as is.” Features may change or be discontinued without notice.
